Job Description:

• Assist to conduct training for JNJ’s contractor and maintain the process of contractor management;

• Assist to collect EHS data ,e.g. Incident summary, government inspection summary, BBS summary;

• Other issues about EHS, e.g. prepare for the payment of EHS purchasing order, EHS instruments management;

• Assist to conduct environmental & IH monitoring;

• Assist to maintain EHS management system and organize EHS external & internal audit.

• Assist to conduct waste surveillance and daily inspection.

• Assist to do documents control and keep the records.

• Support EHS activities, such as: Fire Drill; Emergency Response Drill; etc.

• Support to conduct contractor EHS inspection;

• Coordinate and assist with corporate initiatives, participating on teams in order to drive best practices across shanghai campus.

• Other tasks assigned such as communicate with local authorities like fire bureau, safety supervision bureau, environmental protection bureau etc., with accompanying with JNJ employees.

Basic requirements:

• Major in environmental, industrial, manufacturing, or chemical engineering, chemistry, industrial hygiene, safety or equivalent;

• 3~4 years EHS field’s experience;

• Good communications skills in English and Chinese;
