PRIMARY FUNCTION: Asiste al encargado de seguridad, salud y medio ambiente de la planta en la recolección de data, análisis y ejecución de proyectos, para MESH ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Llevar data y control de los accidentes/incidentes ocurridos en la planta asignada. Crear acciones de seguridad y asegurar su cumplimiento. Actualizar las métricas de accidentes, incidentes, días perdidos, etc., así como todos los objetivos y política de MESH. Actualizar los procedimientos de MESH. Llevar control de los equipos de protección de personal para el personal de la planta. Hacer órdenes de compra y entregar a los empleados. Brindar soporte a los supervisores y empleados en la identificación de riesgos de seguridad en las estaciones de trabajo. Mantener actualizadas las evidencias para el cumplimiento de las reglas de ISO14001, Impacto ambiental, etc. Brindar apoyo a los champions de los diferentes equipos del área de MESH de la planta (primeros auxilios, manejo de químicos, ergonomía, JSA, entre otros). Brindar soporte en las coordinaciones de los entrenamientos de seguridad para los empleados de la planta. Responsable de las auditorias de seguridad. Responsable de la coordinación de las reuniones de los diferentes comités en el tiempo requerido. Mantener actualizadas las carpetas del área. Responsabilidades relacionadas con Salud, Seguridad y Medio Ambiente (EHS) Asistir a todos los entrenamientos de Seguridad, Salud y Medio ambiente que sean asignados. Cumplir con los requerimientos de 5S/MESH. Responsable de velar por las normas de seguridad así como las políticas establecidas por Eaton. El no-cumplimiento con los procedimientos de seguridad puede derivar en accidentes menores y/o lesiones dependiendo de las función Qualifications SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE: Estudiante Universitario de la áreas de Ingeniería o Adm. Empresas o áreas afines con un mínimo de 120 créditos aprobados. Conocimientos básico de inglés. Conocimientos Intermedio de Microsoft office Experiencia mínima de 6 meses en el área de manufactura y/o posiciones de soporte Administrativo ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Responsibility for Materials & Products: Responsable por los materiales propios de su operación.
