Achieve online & offline business goals of new retail platforms such as HEMA

?Manage monthly S&OP process, Demand Planning FCST, work with and fully manage distributors for monthly business delivery.
?Engage key customer to negotiate resources for activity landing.
?Own channel promotion costs and distributor margin to optimize ROI and accretive online P&L.
?Communicate with multiple internal cross functions to for demand planning, daily operation and marketing support.
?Strong customer management experience to ensure projects and activities landing.
?Strong spirit of initiative, commitment and responsibility;


任职条件

?eCommerce related experience.

?Multinational Company background is a plus.

?Strong customer management background/ skill.

?Offline KA experience is a plus.

?Strong Distributors management background/skill.

?Sharp and quick reaction about distributor margin, price, distributor network, etc.

?Strong distributor handling/interfacing.

?Fluent in both written and spoken English.

?Quick learning skill about social ec model and excellent communication skills with ability to endure pressure and work under cross-functional teams.

? Bachelor degree or above, skillful in office software in terms of Excel and PowerPoint;
