Job Description

Job Summary

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct economic and real estate research and analysis.

  • Compile and organize research data to produce projection models and presentations.

  • Document research data, analysis and projection models into economic and real estate market reports.

  • Market analysis, demand assessment, due diligence, feasibility studies, financial modelling and other advisory work for leading regional and international real estate / infrastructure / economic development / tourism projects

  • Plays a key role in marketing and business development of new opportunities, including conducting client presentations.

  • Client management.

  • 负责市场分析、需求评估、尽职调查、可行性研究、财务建模和其他咨询类工作,领导区域和国际房地产/基础设施/经济发展/旅游项目。

  • 在营销和业务发展新机会中起关键作用,包括向客户演讲。

  • 客户管理。

Minimum Requirements

Requirements:

  • Master degree in Economics, Real Estate / Land Management, Urban Planning or property related disciplines.

  • 1 year or above relevant consulting experience.

  • Experience in the tourism, infrastructure, industrial or transportation economics an advantage.

  • Good numeracy skills and experience with socioeconomic data analysis.

  • A strong sense of commitment, a willingness to learn more and a desire to work in a dynamic, deadline driven team environment.

  • Detail-oriented and enthusiastic.

  • Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.

  • Good writing and oral communication skills both in English and Mandarin.

  • 职位要求:

  • 熟练应用微软Office软件。

  • 优秀的普通话沟通和写作能力,英语熟练者优先。
