Job Purpose:
- Works with operators, to achieve output target, meet customer demand and continue improvement under safety and quality requirement.
- Join a project through team work and cross function cooperation to achieve process optimization, quality improvement and CAPEX execution target.
Major Responsibilities:
- Support engineers for team management in shop floor and lead technicians to achieve daily manufacture target
- Join daily manufacture activities including raw material loading, filling, packaging, washing and data recording under safety and quality regulation
- Lead production maintenance or 6S activities like equipment inspection, parts replacement, cleaning or project support
- Support to lead improvement activities in quality and safety through MIDEA or EHS program
