Responsibilities

• Provide supports to the Engineering Manager on enquiries including design coordination, submission and approvals, site activities, claims and certifications, final accounts, etc.
• Coordinate with Main Contractors on site coordination work.
• Coordinate with manufacturers on production requirements and schedules.
• Coordinate with sub-contractors on work schedule and planning
• Execute site works on delivery and supervise the installation works on site.
• Travel outside HK may be required.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or Associate Degree / Higher Diploma holder in Building Construction, Building Services Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• At least two years in construction industry with building façade or MVAC field. Candidates with less experience will also be considered as Assistant Engineer.
• One year site working experience is preferable.
• Hands on experience on AutoCAD or other software for drawings preparation.
• Good communication and inter-personal skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese.
