The Company.

Our client is an international entity with various properties worldwide. To support the company's continuous growth and expansion in HK, they are now looking for experienced individuals for the (Assistant) Engineer, E&Mfor their maintenance and A&A projects for the existing projects.

• Reporting to the Senior Building Engineer
• Monitoring operation and maintenance of HVAC/ Electrical/ ELV installations
• Supervising in-house technicians and contractors to carry out routine repair and maintenance work
• Implementing corrective and planned maintenance of building services equipment and system
• Monitoring tenants' fit-out works, handle enquiries on all related issues and prepare technical reports. 

Skills & Experiences required.

• Degree holder in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronic or Building Services Engineering
• 2+ years of experience for Commercial, Shopping mall or residential new-built or A&A projects
• Excellent communication skills: ability to work with people at all levels
• Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese
