Our Client

Our Client is one of the largest global telecommunication operators in the world, headquartered in Hong Kong for international business with over 20 country bases across the world.

Responsibilities:

• Work according to operation & maintenance plan and rules to complete assigned tasks and daily routine, including Inspection, Testing & Commissioning, Trouble-shooting, Optimization of equipment and servers
• Maintain good service level & attitude, and provide various customer services
• Solve and analyze system faults, prepare faults statistic report, and assist to prepare further improvement approach
• Record environmental data, prepare system performance statistics report, and regularly report to the IDC Manager
• Coordinate with IDC Manager to manage properties in data hall, record and update equipment inventory, system logs, check logs and relevant documentations
• Assist IDC Manager to adjust and tune customers’ equipment according with the operation rules
• Report progress, follow up all outstanding issues with related parties, suggest solutions and resolve difficulties throughout the operation & maintenance period
• Provide suggestions for data hall construction projects, and participant in acceptance inspection
• On Shift duty (8hours + 1hour meal)

Requirements:

• Major in Computer or Telecommunication; other related disciplines will be also considered
• Minimum 2 years relevant experiences
• Experience in IDC project management or IDC operation
• Familiar with IP & Transmission network, IT system is highly preferred
• Good communication & interpersonal skills and positive personality
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English, proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage
• Night shift will entitle to Shift allowance
