Our Client is one of the largest global telecommunication operators in the world, headquartered in Hong Kong for international business with over 20 country bases across the world.

Responsibilities:

• Work according to operation & maintenance plan and rules to complete assigned tasks and daily routine, including Inspection, Testing & Commissioning, Trouble-shooting, Optimization of equipment and servers
• Solve, analyze and record system issues and assist to provide solutions
• Record environmental data, prepare system performance report
• Coordinate with IDC Manager to manage properties in data hall, record and update equipment inventory, system logs, check logs and relevant documentations
• Assist to manage properties in data hall, record and update equipment inventory, system logs, check logs and relevent documentations
• Ensure compliance with operation rules in managing customers' equipment
• Shift duty is required

Requirements:

• Major in Computer or Telecommunication; other related disciplines will be also considered
• Minimum 3 years relevant experiences
• Experience in Data Center project management or Data Center operation
• Familiar with IP & Transmission network, IT system is highly preferred
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English, proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage
