Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee the operations of property services and customer services teams to provide all round property management services

- Manage and monitor the performance of contractors, suppliers and service providers

- Monitor and control the expenses of the operating budget of the building fund

- Handle enquiries and complaints

- Attend Owners’ meeting and build up good relationship with residents/IO members

- Develop a planned and preventive maintenance programme on repair and maintenance issues
