Job Description/ Responsibilities

• Working on cost estimation and analysis
• Preparation of BOQ under supervision
• Preparation of tender/project cost/budget
• Knowledge of BIM/AutoCAD is preferable, proficiency in Excel spread sheet
• Coordinating with the suppliers / subcontractor for cost review and analysis
• Good communication skills & hard working

General Requirements

• High Diploma/Degree Holder in Civil Engineering or other related disciplines
• At least 3 years relevant site experience
• Proficiency in PC knowledge including AutoCAD, MS Applications
• Good command in spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Initiative, independent, responsible and a good team player
