Assistant Executive Officer (Insurance and Catering Unit) (Ref. 20051409-IE)
Duties
The appointee will be required to:
(a) provide administrative support for insurance matters including insurance enrolment, payment, and claims handling;
(b) liaise with and handle enquiries from internal departments, students, brokers, external organisations and other stakeholders on matters related to insurance and other campus-wide facilities;
(c) ensure the proper maintenance of records on insurance and other campus-wide facilities; and
(d) perform any other duties as assigned by the Director of Finance and her delegates.
Qualifications
Applicants should:
(a) have a recognised degree with at least two years of relevant post-qualification work experience, preferably gained from tertiary institutions or public organisations;
(b) be able to communicate effectively in both written and spoken English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua being an advantage;
(c) have good communication and interpersonal skills; and
(d) have good computer literacy including MS Word, Excel, and Chinese word processing.
Applicants with less experience may be considered for the post of Assistant Purchasing Executive.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to sit for a written test.
Remuneration and Conditions of Service
A highly competitive remuneration package will be offered. Initial appointment will be on a fixed-term gratuity-bearing contract. Re-engagement thereafter is subject to mutual agreement. Applicants should state their current and expected salary in the application.
