- Degree/High Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Building Services or relevant disciplines
- With at least 3 years’ experience in planning and preparation of tender documents for repair & maintenance, improvement & upgrading work of all E&M building services systems and related builder works for Parkwide facilities / attractions.
- Possession of a valid driving license and registered electrical worker license an advantage.
- Self-motivated, responsible, good communication and interpersonal skills, a good team player.
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Computer literacy in MS Office, MS Project and AutoCAD
- Willing to work at night when required
