PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.To manage the soft services team of Cleaning Services, Landscaping & Pest Control, Customer Services (hotline, shuttle services, mailroom services, stamping, DC center management, GYM), Pantry food services, Coffee bar, War house, etc.,in the delivery of excellence services to the client and their stakeholders on site.

2.To plan, implement and review on a periodic basis all work processes, workflow, operating procedures of all soft services deliverables so as to ensure excellent customer satisfaction ratings are achieved according to the Service Level Agreement (SLA) between JLL and our client.

3.To conduct periodic internal performance audits to ensure agreed key performance indicators are complied, achieved and exceeding the expectations of the client.

4.To assist the account manager in the vendor management of soft services relevant, including vendor KPI assessment, services standard renewal and cost tracking & control.

5.To assist the account manager in the compilation of soft services team monthly report and any other reports, surveys, benchmarking exercises as and required within the scope of the services agreement with the client.

6.To comply with all company policies and procedures and adhere to company standards.

7.To perform other duties as assigned by account manager, provide necessary information and co-work with team members while required.


JOB REQUIREMENT/QUALIFICATION

1.Strong work ethic.

2.College degree or above, preferably major in Business or related fields;

3.Above 3 years related work experience preferably in multi-national company;

4.Excellent people skills and ability to interact with a wide range of client staff and demands;

5.Rich vendor management experience; Task-oriented, independent and analytical; Strong capability on budget plan, control and analysis;

6.Strong teamwork spirit; Self-driven and good team player, good leadership and management skill;

7.Strong ability to work under pressure;

8.Good spoken and written English; Familiar with Microsoft Office.
