Duties and responsibilities:

• Coordinate with contractors, explain requirements, seek quotations, complete analysis & evaluation, prepare presentation materials, provide recommendation & arrange work schedule
• Assist in client’s event arrangement and logistics
• Monitor performance of vendors and the team to ensure health & safety policy is complied with
• Overall management of housekeeping issues (general cleaning, pest control and environment management) performed by cleaning vendor
• Carry out facility walk to upkeep the facility condition
• Manage project budgets and initiate savings
• Attend emergency situation and prepare Incident Report
• Manage a team of facility officer & assistants
• Compile the appropriate weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual reporting for the clients.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma / Degree in Building Studies, Facility Management and Property Management
• A minimum of 5 years relevant working experience in the corporate real estate, facilities and/or property management industry which at least 1 year in supervisory level
• Solid understanding of facilities / housekeeping management
• Effective interpersonal skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office, MS project, powerpoint, excel and Autocad
• Good planning and organizational skills to prioritize work and meet tight deadlines
• Strong leadership, independent, self motivated, flexible, responsible and willing to work under pressure
