Responsibilities

• Participate in project planning, resources management, risk assessment, requirement analysis, testing and lifecycle management
• Responsible to control the implementation progress and establish the follow-up improvement scheme
• Lead team members on communication with stakeholders, work quality and efficiency
• Assist daily system support and maintenance to ensure computer systems are running smoothly and to fix problems
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to execute system project plan
• Liaise with the suppliers to ensure a satisfactory delivery of service as per the service level agreements
• Conduct User Acceptance Test and provide the necessary documentation
• Provide application support of vendor products, identify problems and solutions, and escalate to the appropriate parties for action
• Provide training for users and new programmers

Requirements

• University degree holder or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
• At least 6 years of relevant working experience in computer field, preferably in Finance industry
• Experience in programming languages, system development, project management, business analysis and/or vendor management
• Solid experience in managing Software Development Lifecycle on mobile app and web application platforms
• Experience in Oracle Database, MySQL, MongoDB, Java, Spring Cloud, Tomcat and RESTful API environment is an advantage
• Knowledge in InfoSec, Linux, microservices architecture, cloud computing and Big Data technology is a plus
• Possession of PMP or relevant qualifications
• Strong business requirement analysis, test planning and documentation skills are required. Business skillset like accounting and report writing is also expected
• Good sense in FinTech market trends is an advantage
• Proficient in both written & spoken Chinese and English
