Responsibilities:

• Report to Finance Manager;
• Assist the manager in supervision and guidance to the team;
• Work with local management and Regional CFO for managing accounting and finance activities;
• Oversee the month-end closing process and manage the daily accounting operations;
• Provide management with analysis of financial matters through the interpretation of results on a monthly basis;
• Assist in the annual budget process and quarterly review process;
• Assist in the interim and annual audit process;
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents and professionals regarding audit, tax and other regulatory matters;
• Responsible to improve and streamline business processes, workflow and procedures where appropriate;
• Ensure internal controls in compliance with the Business Rules and Regulations;
• Manage projects and ad-hoc assignments as required;

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting or related discipline;
• At least 6 years related experiences, logistic industry experience is highly preferred;
• High proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications;
• Proficiency in written and spoken in English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
• Experience in system implementation (i.e. SAP) would be advantageous;
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills and multi-tasking management;
• Self-motivated, detailed-oriented, able to work independently;
• Meet tight deadlines.
