Job Description

• Prepare and review monthly financial reports and consolidated financial reports
• Monitor, maintain and review financial records
• Assist in review of PRC subsidiaries
• Perform financial analysis and prepare reports for management if needed
• Assist in formulating and implementing the Group’s policy and procedures
• Ensure compliance of accounting and finance procedures with accounting standards
• Participate in ad hoc financial projects

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in accounting, finance or other related disciplines
• HKICPA or equivalent professional qualification is preferred but not essential
• 3 years BIG 4 or sizeable audit firm experiences is a must and preferable with 1-2 years commercial experience
• Experience in preparing annual and interim report is a must
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese)
• Proficient in MS Office Suites, accounting software / system and Chinese Word Processing
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Accounting Officer
• Immediate available is preferred
