Assistant Finance Manager (Accounting and Treasury) (Ref: 20000F1)

Major Duties and Responsibilities

The appointee shall work in the Accounting and Treasury Section of Finance Office and mainly be responsible for the following:

• Assisting Finance Manager (Accounting and Treasury) to supervise the daily operations of the general accounting and payment teams;
• Coordinating the inputs for the preparation of month-end closing;
• Overseeing the monthly accounts reconciliation;
• Monitoring project accounts and prepare the relevant reports;
• Coordinating the inputs for the preparation of schedules for year-end audits; and
• Performing ad hoc assignments when needed. 

Requirements

Applicants are expected to possess the following qualifications, experience and attributes:

•  A recognized degree in accounting or equivalent with at least 2 years’ post-qualification experience in accounting or financial analysis;
• Professional accounting qualification preferably;
• Good communication and inter-personal skills and good command of English and Chinese (preferably including Putonghua); and
• Hands-on experience in Oracle Financials is a definite advantage.

Compensation Package

Competitive compensation package including basic salary, end-of-contract gratuity and discretionary incentive (if any) will be offered to the right candidate.
