Assistant Finance Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead the store finance team. 
• Ensure smooth daily operations and month end closing for stores as well as proper financial controls in place
• Ensure policies and procedures are consistently implemented across all stores and relevant business units in an efficient and effective way
• Review and optimise policies and procedures under store finance for a better compliance control and safeguard company assets
• Be a key contact of system enhancements and other initiatives to optimise store finance workflow  
• Financial control of local distribution centers
• Deliver performance management and motivate the team to achieve common objectives
• perform Ad-hoc assignment

Job Requirements

• Degree in Accounting or Finance, Business or other related discipline
• At least 4  years Financial Analysis experience gained in MNC. Experience in Retail  industry is Highly preferred
• Big 4 Candidates are Highly preferred
• Ability in maintaining high level of accuracy and attention to details
• Advanced analytical and problem solving skills
• Stable, detail orientated, motivated and ability to manage multi-tasking
• Finalist or above of an internationally recognized professional accounting body
• Proficient in PC applications, such as MS Office & SAP
  
• Good command of both written and spoken Cantonese, English & Mandarin
• Immediately available

Finance Analyst

Job Responsibilities

• Ensuring the accuracy, timeliness and effectiveness of management information system
• Support business plans, annual budgeting and periodic forecast processes
• Review existing reports and investigate if any further enhancement in reporting or analysis
• Ensure management and financial accounting is accurately monthly closure SAP recorded,
• Analysis of the full P&L for Monthly closing PPT
  
• Various Expenses reports to each department head and control budget spending
• planning the monthly cash-flow and support business controller for full P&L
• Participate and assist in system implementation & report development
• perform Ad-hoc assignment

Job Requirements

• At least 2 - 3 years Financial Analysis experience gained in MNC. Experience in Retail  industry is preferred
• Qualified Accountant (CPA, CA, HKICPA & ACCA) are Highly preferred

• Finalist or above of an internationally recognized professional accounting body
