One of Asset management and investment company, they are looking for :

Assistant / Finance and Accounting Manager - Salary 30-50K - Nego. - 5 DAYS work

Less experience, can be considered as Senior Accountant or Assistant Manager

Location in Wan Chai.

Special requirement :

1) One man Band - 要一個人負責公司全盤會計。公司人數暫為20人以下。

2) upload accounting system - 要負責選擇,購賣或訂制合乎公司要求的會計軟件。

3) Big4 or Second tier working experience is an advantage.But not a must.

4) Chartered CPA - Qualified Accountant in HKICPA / ACCA is preferred

Role responsibilities:

• Responsible for full set of accounts and full spectrum of accounting system building up.
  
• Prepare accounting month-end closing, year-end closing and internal financial reports
• In charge of annual audit and profits tax computation
• Analyze monthly financial results and business performance
• Handle financial and management reporting
• Identify and recommend process improvements

Requirements:

• Degree or above. Qualified Accountant in HKICPA / ACCA is preferred
• 8 years of experience in finance and accounting, 2 years above in manager level
  
• worked in financial services, Banking, investment, asset management company is an advantage but not a must
• Well-versed in Company Ordinance, statutory and regulatory requirements for Hong Kong
  
• Good written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Responsible, accountable and good working attitude
• Able to work independently and under pressure
