• Lead and streamline the process for preparing the financial accounts, both for local statutory records and group accounts in SAP
• To review tax filing process including monthly VAT tax filing, quarter Corporate Income Tax filing and yearly transfer pricing documentation
• To prepare group accounts and reports for quarterly balance sheet review.
• To lead and improve the accounting process for expense monitor and control.
• To review financial information on monthly management meeting on margin analysis, cost saving opportunities, etc.
• To supervise the finance team in Shenzhen factory.
  

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting/Finance or related discipline
• Member of of CICPA or partly qualified member is a definite advantage
• Working experience in multi-national company (MNC) with at least 5 years’ working experiences in manufacturing environment.
• Good knowledge in PRC accounting standards and tax legislations
• Working knowledge with US GAAP or IAS , in addition to PRC accounting standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and reporting tools and working knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
• Strong command of English and Putonghua, with good communication skills
• Has capability to lead projects, set up process with flow-charts and SOP, and a person who can roll up sleeves and demonstrate.
• A good team player and willing to learn and take up new challenge
