Responsibilities:

• All round Finance Role with key focus on FP&A and business partnering
• Lead financial planning cycle, ensuring timely completion of Budget/ Quarter Forecast; provided monthly and quarterly variance analyses
• Provide value-added financial insights to management & business leader for formulating and executing business strategies to achieve better results
• Monitoring and controlling of dashboards and financial indicators for business enhancement
• Monitor and review of internal control and ensure the application of procedures, standards are in compliance with Group policies
• Evaluate new investment and business development opportunities

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance or related subjects.
• Qualified Accountant with +10 years experiences in finance
• Solid knowledge in performing Budgeting/ Forecasting and Financial analysis. Ability to see beyond the financial model
• A flexible and team focused working style within a multi-functional team.
• Capable of Identifying and diagnosing issues through rigorous analysis
• Good at problem solving, able to work independently and meet with multiple deadlines
• Detail-minded, commercially savvy and able to work in a fast paced environment
• Excellent Excel skills and strong numeric ability with analytical mind
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (English, Cantonese & Mandarin).
• Relevant experience in retail/ FMCG/ F&B is preferred
• Process enhancement/ system implementation experience is an advantage
