Summary
- You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.
- To ensure that all the outlets and banquets operate successfully, in accordance with the standard of the hotel and are individually profitable.
Maximises employee productivity through the use of multi-skilling, multi-tasking and flexible scheduling to meet the financial goals of the business as well as the expectations of the guests.
Qualifications
- Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
- Minimum 2 years work experience as Senior Restaurant Manager in a hotel or international branded restaurants with good standards.
- Good operational, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must, and banqueting experience an asset.
- Good customer relations, communications and interpersonal skills
- Preferably basic computer skills in MS Office
- Cantonese or Mandarin speaking is not essential; preferably proficiency in English plus one other language
