Assistant Food and Beverage Manager

To Assistant Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations in their designated venues including the selection, development and performance management of employees.

What you will be doing:

Reporting to the Director of Food and Beverage, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:             

·         Oversee and manage all areas of their designated venue/s and make final decisions on matters of importance to guest service

·         Adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize costs, including food, beverage, supply, utility and labor costs

·         Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service

Your experience and skills include:

·         College degree is preferred. Bachelor of Science degree in hotel/restaurant management is desirable. A combination of practical experience and education will be considered as an alternative.

·         Proficient in the following dimensions of restaurant functions: food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation, security, company policies and procedures, personnel management, recordkeeping, and preparation of reports

- Manager Servsafe Certification and Responsible Beverage Server Certification required prior to first day of employment
