•The Assistant Front Office Manager is responsible and accountable, under the direction of the Front Office Manager for the efficient overall day to day operations of the hotel whilst on duty.

•Maintain the highest standard of guest service and satisfaction.

•Ensure all guests and visitors have a truly personalized service experience from their arrival to their departure;

•To assist as required/requested with the solving of any guest complaints/upsets.

•Responsible for engendering team spirit and motivation in all staff.  



Work Experience

•Experience preferably in a luxury setting;

•Advanced user of Opera;

•Excellent leadership and organizational skills;

•Attention to details and quality, guest oriented mindset;

•Self-motivated, driven to deliver, proactive and flexible with outstanding interpersonal skills.

•Ability to demonstrate passion for excellence.
