1. A minimum of 5 years front office experience in luxury hotel
of which at least 1 year in a similar capacity.

2. Strong knowledge of front office operations, including but not
limited to cashier and reception, duty manager or relevant
experience will be preffered.

4. Ability to multi-task and remain composed at all times.

6. Computer literacy which is not limited to Excel, Power Point and

7. Knowledge of PAR Springer-Miller System will be an advantage.

8. Fluent in English and Mandarin, both spoken and written
(Cantonese would be an advantage)
