Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist Front Office Manager in the overall day to day operations in Front Office
  • Supervise all areas of Front Office to ensure smooth operation upon guest arrivals and departures
  • Cooperate, coordinate and communicate with internal and external to maximize both guest satisfaction and yield
  • Full utilization of the Front Office system ensuring accuracy in use and a range of accurate reports to meet operational needs are produced
  • Monitor and ensure all operation procedures are in line with Hotel Standard

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree or diploma holder in Hospitality or Tourism Management
  • Min. 5 years’ experience in hotel management in Front Office with 2 years in supervisory level
  • Previous experience as Assistant Front Office Manager is recommended but not necessary
  • Pleasant, responsible and able to work independently
  • Strong leadership and communication skill
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
  • Shift duty is required
