Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist Front Office Manager in the overall day to day operations in Front Office
- Supervise all areas of Front Office to ensure smooth operation upon guest arrivals and departures
- Cooperate, coordinate and communicate with internal and external to maximize both guest satisfaction and yield
- Full utilization of the Front Office system ensuring accuracy in use and a range of accurate reports to meet operational needs are produced
- Monitor and ensure all operation procedures are in line with Hotel Standard
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree or diploma holder in Hospitality or Tourism Management
- Min. 5 years’ experience in hotel management in Front Office with 2 years in supervisory level
- Previous experience as Assistant Front Office Manager is recommended but not necessary
- Pleasant, responsible and able to work independently
- Strong leadership and communication skill
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
- Shift duty is required
