Our Front Office Team wishes to employ the following:
Assistant Front Office Manager, Complex
Candidate Profile:
- University Degree or equivalent with good knowledge of Opera Management Systems, MS Office and related hotel oriented software.
- 4-5 years of Front Office Leadership experience, preferably in a multinational corporation, or in a Luxury Hotel Group in the Greek Market, leading a team of 10+ Associates (a background in a Marriott International Brand will be considered a bonus).
- The position based in the Complex of Hotel Grande Bretagne and King George, will support the Front Office team, and will coordinate supporting teams, such as Butler Service and Concierge (as needed)
- Position is under the supervision of the Complex Director of Guest Services & Front Office.
- Fluent in English and Greek Language – both spoken and written (Proficiency in English required.)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, focus on results-oriented as well as meet all targets set by Hotel leadership
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational and teamwork skills, energetic and passionate personality
- Must hold nationality of European Union member state, or have a valid residence and Greek working permit
