Assistant Front Office Manager

What you will be doing:

  • Reporting to the Manager of Front Office, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: 
  • To assist the guests during and throughout their stay and ensure all complaints are handled in a caring and professional manner with the proper corrective actions taken.
  • To ensure high levels of performance and to motivate all the Front Office team members, focusing on his/her specific strengths and opportunities.
  • To maintain open lines of communication with all other hotel departments.
  • In-charge in room reconciliation and blocking.
  • Enforce compliance in policies and procedures, as laid down by ACCOR and the Hotel in order to achieve the highest level of uniformity and guest service

 

Your experience and skills include:

  • Saudi national only.
  • Graduate of a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management or any related field.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with all types of guests and employee situations.
  • Minimum of (4) year experience in the same field.
  • Past managerial experience is preferred; demonstration of leadership qualities and skills is acceptable.
  • Amenable to work on a shifting schedule.
  • Leadership and people management skills.
