Job Description
1 Assist CEO in scheduling, meeting and travel to ensure the smooth running of work arrangements;
2 Manage the CEO's emails and files to ensure timely and accurate processing and response of important information;
3 Assist the CEO in preparing meeting materials, reports and presentations;
4 Organize and coordinate internal meeting, record meeting minutes and follow up the implementation;
5 Support international sales markets;
6 Support translation to ensure smooth communication with international teams and clients;
7 Other temporary work;

Job Qualification
1 Proficient in spoken and written Chinese and English with good translation skills,native English speaker is preferred;
2 Good organizational and communication skills, able to effectively solve problems and respond to emergencies;
3 Proficient in office software;
4 Good team player and ability to work under pressure;
