AB Buildings Group Ltd is looking for the energetic candidates for the Post of Assistant General Manager (AGM) under the following Job Description and Requirements:-

1. This vacancy is for the post of Assistant General Manager (AGM), reporting to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the Group
2. AGM shall
1. work with the COO for business development,
2. assist Managing Directors (MD) of both subsidiary companies in supervising the daily operation, and
3. act as the Head of a small QS team for contract bidding, measurement, sub-contract acquisition, purchasing, payment application and certification, claims, contract administration, etc. Experience in contractors is preferred.
3. Qualified Quantity Surveyor with HKIS or equivalent. 15 years relevant working experience with at least 5 years in senior management level
4. Hands-on and self-initiative
5. Work under pressure and target orientated
6. Knowledge in reporting to listed company is in advantage
7. Good promotion opportunity
8. Station in HK with occasional travel and 5 plus half day works in alternate Sat
