Description

Reporting to the CEO, you are responsible to:

• Effectively lead and manage the merchandising, procurement, business development, and design teams to offer professional customers services as part of monitoring the overall critical path from product development until goods delivery;

• Keep abreast of the market trend and carry out excellent customer relationship management to meet different markets' and customers' changing needs in a competitive approach;

• Set sourcing strategies in support of new and existing product development, including innovative approaches to achieve best pricing;

• Devise best-in-class and continue to on assessing and monitoring supplier capabilities in the areas of fabric and trims;

• Support business growth strategies across customer accounts by providing insights and directions on business model based on the company's strengths and dynamic global market situation.

• Set up sales and sourcing strategies and targets for different sales regions / customers / suppliers and to strive for meeting / exceeding the related KPIs;

• Occasional overseas travelling required;
• Frequent travel to China is expected

Profile

To qualified for the position:

• Diploma holder or above in Fashion / Textiles / Clothing or related disciplines, with at least 10 years' experience at managerial level in the apparel industry;
• A mature leader, independent, pro-active, well-organised, creative, and result-oriented;

• Strong business acumen, analytical, problems solving, and negotiation skills;
