Executive Assistant to General Manager (Based in Jiangmen)
Location: Jiangmen, Guangdong
Salary Range: RMB 8,000 – 12,000 per month (negotiable for outstanding candidates)

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the General Manager with daily affairs and coordinate internal and external resources;

Follow up on project progress, prepare meeting minutes, and draft business reports;

Support client engagement and assist with foreign trade business processes;

Conduct market research and collect industry and competitor information;

Handle other ad-hoc assignments as required.

Qualifications:

Under 40 years old, open to both male and female candidates;

College degree or above with strong communication and coordination skills;

Prior experience in foreign trade sales or import/export-related work is preferred;

Candidates with startup experience are highly desirable, with strong stress tolerance and problem-solving skills;

Fluency in English is an advantage but not mandatory;

Overseas study or work experience is considered a plus.
