Job Description

Responsibilities :

  •  Responsible for leading the General Insurance Division to achieve business targets as set by the Company
  • To formalize and implement sales & marketing strategy for growing the business
  • To develop and establish new sales channels and networks such as strategic partnership & alliance
  • To manage and monitor the department to follow the Company's guidance, internal audit, legal and compliance policies & procedures as well as ensure activities are performed within the framework of the regulation
  • To maintain a good and long-term customer relationship and develop potential clients to build up the client base

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines with professional qualifications such as ACII and ANZIIF etc
  • At least 12 years of relevant experience in an insurance industry 
  • Good underwriting skills in General Insurance
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese 
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong Leadership skills and good project management 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
