Our Client:

Redpath Partners is currently representing our client, a top-tier Hong Kong renowned developer to search for an Assistant General Manager to manage their expanding retail portfolio in Shanghai.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and enrich the company luxury retail portfolios
• Oversee leasing function of a shopping mall, including the provision of quality tenant services, control of leasing activities, takeover / handover of premises and other ad hoc duties
• Formulate leasing strategies and engage in business development for tenant mix improvement
• Implement annual business plan of leasing matter to cope with the vision and goal of the Group
• Explore new clients through business connections and relevant marketing events
• Coordinate with external and internal parties on tenants' fitting-out and refurbishment/ renovation works
• Establish business network and maintain effective relationship with tenants

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in real estate management or related discipline
• At least 10 years of relevant retail leasing/ business development experience in China with proven managerial and team leading skills
• Strong network with Luxury Fashion brands would be an asset
• An efficient team player, effective problem solving, organizing and leadership skills
• Outstanding negotiation and communication skills with strong ability to build rapport with tenants and vendors
• Excellent market intelligence and sound analytical mind
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
