Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Perform inter-departmental co-ordination to form strategic options and solutions for senior/executive level decision making
  • Responsible for managing team of Disciplinary and Project Managers
  • Responsible for full spectrum of Project Management from conceptual, design development, construction to satisfactory completion and delivery of the project
  • Perform contract administration and site supervision
  • Co-ordinate with consultants and contractors for the execution of the project within budget & project time frame and meet with quality requirements
  • Manage consultant teams on Government submission and approvals in a timely manner

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or above in Architecture or related disciplines
  • Registered Architect of HKIA or RIBA
  • Well-versed with statutory standards & regulations
  • Good knowledge of building & finishing materials & their applications
  • Strong communications & leadership skills
  • Knowledgeable on current products available in competitive markets environment
  • Skillful in interpreting quality product value produced economically to control budget
  • Development master-planning and feasibility studies is an advantage
  • At least 8 years’ post qualification experience in property development
  • Previous working experience with developer in handling high-end and mass market residential and commercial project is an advantage
