Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform inter-departmental co-ordination to form strategic options and solutions for senior/executive level decision making
- Responsible for managing team of Disciplinary and Project Managers
- Responsible for full spectrum of Project Management from conceptual, design development, construction to satisfactory completion and delivery of the project
- Perform contract administration and site supervision
- Co-ordinate with consultants and contractors for the execution of the project within budget & project time frame and meet with quality requirements
- Manage consultant teams on Government submission and approvals in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Degree holder or above in Architecture or related disciplines
- Registered Architect of HKIA or RIBA
- Well-versed with statutory standards & regulations
- Good knowledge of building & finishing materials & their applications
- Strong communications & leadership skills
- Knowledgeable on current products available in competitive markets environment
- Skillful in interpreting quality product value produced economically to control budget
- Development master-planning and feasibility studies is an advantage
- At least 8 years’ post qualification experience in property development
- Previous working experience with developer in handling high-end and mass market residential and commercial project is an advantage
