Job Description

Goldwell Property Management Ltd. is the wholly-owned subsidiary of Soundwill Group. It finds its mission in the provision of high quality management, customer  and  maintenance  services  in  large-scale  commercial  buildings,  as  well  as  small  and  medium  sized  estates.  By constantly refining the services being provided, these businesses have succeeded in raising overall service standards at our properties.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the team to perform the day-to-day management and customer servicing of the entire building portfolio of the Group so as to provide high quality and reliable services to tenants;
  • Be responsible for technical and facility management, planning and strategies, handling tendering and contractors, major alteration projects;
  • Plan, execute and monitor the overall management services, including manpower planning, recruitment, training, image building and strategic management;
  • Manage stakeholders' relationship, resolve management issues and provide consultancy advice to ensure that development projects meet the requirements of quality property management objectives;
  • Liaise with government departments, political bodies and other related organizations or stakeholders in a professional manner and strive to uphold a positive corporate image.

 Requirements

  • Degree holder, preferably with relevant professional qualification in Housing Management such as MHKIH, MCIH, MRICS;
  • At least 8 years relevant experience preferably in property management;
  • Proficient in Building Management Ordinances and Landlord and Tenant (Consolidated) Ordinance, DMC and related ordinances;
  • Strong leadership abilities with uncompromising integrity and passion for excellence;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, able to foster good relationship with all internal and external customers
  • Results-driven, flexible and strong communication skills;
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
