Job Description
Responsibilities
- Undertake research on business process, financials and operations for the Property Management function
- Support key stakeholders by proactively analyzing market trends against key business objectives and priorities.
- Prepare and present insights through periodic and project-based reports for management review
- Coordinate and analyze internal budgeting and financials
- Lead the team to provide centralized support to internal and cross-department stakeholders
- Keep abreast of market trends and best practices for continued operational improvement within Property Management
Requirements
- Degree holder in Finance, Real Estate or related discipline
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, market research and business development with sizeable organizations. Experience in real estate or property management industries an advantage.
- Strong commercial acumen with solid proficiency in the latest research and analytical tools and techniques
- Well versed in Hong Kong business landscape where Greater China/Regional experience an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, results-oriented with people management experience
- Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
