- At least 2 years or above experiences in wholly owned sizeable garment manufacturers in Cambodia
FINANCE
*Practices in P&L control, budget control, costing, sales data analysis, well-verse of taxation in Cambodia and provides substantial recommendation & solution to management board to achiever business goal.
HUMAN RESOURCES
- An all-rounded human resources generalist.
- Demonstrated competence in team building, staff motivation, leadership and negotiation skills
- Design and implement recruitment strategies in order to maintain strong talent pipeline for business.
- Placement of production supervisors and managers
ADMINISTRATION
Extensive experience in external affairs with Government bodies e.g. customs, tax bureau, labour bureau, environment protection bureau, commercial & industrial bureau, water & electricity supplies, hospital, police station, fire station etc.
OTHERS
*Proven talent in interpersonal skills and able to communicate with staff at all levels
*Good at cross-cultural interaction with different nationals
*Must able to speak and understand Chinese
