Description
Responsible for full HR functions including talent acquisition, Compensation and Benefits, and Employee relations.
Organise employee engagement programs and training programs
Revise and implement Human Resources policies
Oversee general office administration and handle ad-hoc projects
Profile
Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
At least 5 - 8 years hands-on HR & Admin experience with 3 - 5 years supervisory experience in a sizeable company; MNC will be an advantage
Good knowledge in Ms Word, Excel (V-look up, Pivot table), PowerPoint and HRIS
Good command in English, Chinese and Japanese (N2 or above)
Detail-minded and well organised
Immediate available a plus
