Job Description
Job Responsibilities/Duties:
- Handle day to day HR & admin. duties including recruitment and all office administration;
- Monitor and update staff leave records and attendance records;
- Prepare reports to Department Head;
- Identifying, evaluating, and resolving employee relations issues
- Responsible for handle outsider and incoming phone call;
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma holder with at least 3 years’ relevant human resources & administration experience, preferably strong in administration experience
- Ability to take initiative and carry out assigned tasks to completion
- Able to prioritize important matters and act on them accordingly and always positive attitude
