Job Description

Job Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Handle day to day HR & admin. duties including recruitment and all office administration;
  • Monitor and update staff leave records and attendance records;
  • Prepare reports to Department Head;
  • Identifying, evaluating, and resolving employee relations issues
  • Responsible for handle outsider and incoming phone call;
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder with at least 3 years’ relevant human resources & administration experience, preferably strong in administration experience
  • Ability to take initiative and carry out assigned tasks to completion
  • Able to prioritize important matters and act on them accordingly and always positive attitude
