- The incumbent will assist the Human Resources & Administration Officer to perform HR and Administration functions
- Perform full spectrum of HR functions and activities including payroll administration, recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, training and development, and employee relations
- Participate in various HR projects such as salary and benefit surveys, salary and bonus exercise, performance appraisal, insurance renewal and other HR initiatives as required
- Maintain and update the HR system, employee personnel files and records
- Organize and co-ordinate staff relations and communication activities
- To provide secretarial and administrative support including manage office supply stock, place order, travel and accommodation arrangement etc.
Requirement
- Diploma holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
- Strong numerical sense and accounting concepts
- Self-motivated to drive for excellent service
- Well organized, proactive and able to work under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Excel, Words and Powerpoint
- Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
