Job Description
Major Responsibilities
1. Responsible for employee enrollment;
2. Maintaining employee personal file and HR information;
3. Be responsible for attendance report including but not limited to annual leave, sick leave, attendance records etc.;
4. Assist the enrollment and cancellation of commercial insurance;
5. Support the company and staff activities such as medical examination, annual dinner, outing and other staff activities;
6. Be responsible for handling HR related operation such as visa application, working permit, residence permit and etc.;
7. Assist to issues such as residence permit, Operate and maintain office appliances; assure the security and tidiness of office environment;
8. Assist HR & Admin team to support other office daily operation works;
9. Support HR projects implementation such as campus recruitment, training;
10. Other tasks and responsibilities assigned by line manager or the management.
Competences and Capability & Skills
1. Good English both in oral and writing;
2. Good computer skills and familiar with MS Office;
3. Strong organization and communication skill.
Education
1. Bachelor degree or above, Major in Human Resources will be preferred.
