Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle full spectrum of HR, such as, monthly payroll processing, MPF & leave administration and other related issues
  • Responsible for follow-up sales commission
  • Responsible for orders/purchases of stationery, maintenance of office equipment and office procurement
  • Arrange contract related documentation
  • Perform data entry & data updates regularly
  • Coordinate with internal and external parties
  • Perform in the ad-hoc assignments and projects as required

 

Requirements:

  • F.7,  or diploma holder in HR management or related disciplines
  • 2 years relevant working experience in payroll calculation and processing
  • Experience in retail or F&B industry is an advantage
  • Self-motivated, innovation, strong presentation skills and problem solving skills
  • A good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of written & spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Excellent in MS Office (Excel) and Chinese word Processing
  • Immediate available is highly preferable
