Assistant HR Manager
CDF-Lagardere Company Limited
Airport Area
Responsibilities:
- Report to the HR manager
- Lead a small team to provide full spectrum of HR services included but not limited to talent acquisition, C&B, payroll and MPF administration, leave management, taxation, performance management and employee relations
- Assist in annual process of salary and benefits review and insurance renewal
- Keep abreast of HR market trend and local legislations update and ensure HR policies and practices are compliant to local legislations
- Assist in planning and controlling annual HR budget
- Support office administration work and airport restricted area permit application and control
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
- Minimum 8 years relevant hands-on experience of which at least 3 years gained from travel retail / retail company at supervisory level;
- Familiar with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other related regulations;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Mature with positive can-do working attitude, self-motivated and attentive to details;
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese)
- Immediately available is highly preferred
