Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle HR work including payroll, recruitment, attendance, training, formulating policy & procedure
- Provide HR advisory & solution to ensure operation smoothly
- Assist in preparing various analysis for management review and planning
- Ensure employee database, records are updated in accurate manner
- Organize and coordinate company cultural activities and campaign
- Support to drive a harmony working environment?
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- At least 3 years experience in HR
- Responsible, self-motivated, detail-oriented and strong organizing skill
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work under fast paced environment
- Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
