Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, C&B, training, employee relations/engagement and supervise HR team
  • Assist in the formulation and Implementation of human resource policies, procedures and strategies to meet business needs
  • Ensure company policies and practices in compliance with Corporate COPs and local employment related ordinances
  • Organize Corporate Social Responsibility activities
  • Liaise closely with management and functional heads and lead staff related functions
  • Prepare HR monthly analysis reports
  • Participate in various HR projects and initiatives and ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirement:

  • Bachelor education, human resource management professionals.

  • At least 5 years hands-on experience in human resources management, in which 2 years in supervisory capacity, with job experience in Shipping or Logistics industry a definite advantage

  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese and Proficient in MS office

  • Strong analytical, supervisory and interpersonal skills, detail-minded and can work independently.
