Reporting to the Head of Human resources, you will be responsible for a broad range of HR activities. Along with the HR team, you will build a strong corporate culture and implement talent management and organization development initiatives for the company. You will assist to design, implement and review the performance management system, and work closely with the C&B team to establish competitive strategies to attract and retain talents. In addition, you will act as a true partner within the organization to provide strategic counseling and advice to internal stakeholders whilst strengthening employee relations and corporate culture. The right candidate is expected to work independently and as a team under a dynamic and fast-changing environment.
Job Description:
- Partner with department heads and line managers in training needs analysis and responsible for the design of various Training & Development programmes, and evaluating training effectiveness;
- To plan and organise training programmes in support of organisational changes and development, e.g. service enhancement programme, staff engagement programme and e-learning activities, etc.;
- Develop and implement a holistic and integrated long-term talent management strategy to drive organizational capabilities and enhance the people competency level to support business growth
- To plan, design and implement employee engagement programs, internal and external training programs to enhance the overall experiences during the employees’ journey
- Assist to design and implement the career development plans for key internal talents to facilitate their personal and career growth
- Design and implement employer branding programs to ensure the competitiveness of the company within the talent market including salary package review, talent acquisition, internal engagement programs, etc
- Responsible for employer’s branding initiatives to increase the awareness of the corporate’s brand and attract potential candidates
- To champion the employee’s relationship and strengthen the company’s culture through employee engagement programs, one on one meetings, etc
- To act as an intermediary in potential employee disputes, crisis management
- Foster a pleasant and energetic workplace through different HR initiatives and establish different communities/focus groups to nurture the company culture
- Assist in annual HR projects including manpower planning, budget preparation, performance management and salary revision etc.;
- Assist Head of HR to plan and execute different HR projects
Requirement:
- Degree in Human Resources or other related disciplines
- Minimum 3-5 years of job-related experience required
- Possesses strong project management and analytical skills as well as good numerical sense
- Enthusiastic and innovative person who is passionate to plan and execute employee engagement initiatives
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to build relationship with internal stakeholders in different levels
- Detail-minded, responsible, resourceful and ability to deal with multiple projects efficiently
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as HR Manager
