- Provide a wide range of HR services including staffing, retention, performance management, employee relations and succession planning
- Formulate and implement talent sourcing strategies, staffing policies and procedures
- Provide strategic and operational advice formed around contemporary HR practice and operating models in a transforming industry
- Drive HR initiatives which aim at improving corporate culture and staff engagement
- Participate in HR projects as assigned
Requirement
- Degree holder in HRM, Business Administration or relevant disciplines
- At least 6 years of generalist experience
- Hands-on experience in HR project management is a definite advantage
- Exposure in the Property/ F&B/ Hospitality/ Local Conglomerate/ MNC sector is preferred but not a must
- Strong critical thinking skill, with high sense of responsibility and able to work independently
- Able to multi-task and take ownership
- Strong relationship building skills; able to influence and engage leaders across different business units
- Well versed with MS Office applications, knowledge in using HRIS is an advantage; and
- Good communication skills with proficiency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
- Immediately available is highly preferred
- Candidates with more experience can be considered as HR Manager
