Job Description

  • Provide a wide range of HR services including staffing, retention, performance management, employee relations and succession planning
  • Formulate and implement talent sourcing strategies, staffing policies and procedures
  • Provide strategic and operational advice formed around contemporary HR practice and operating models in a transforming industry
  • Drive HR initiatives which aim at improving corporate culture and staff engagement
  • Participate in HR projects as assigned

 

Requirement

  • Degree holder in HRM, Business Administration or relevant disciplines
  • At least 6 years of generalist experience
  • Hands-on experience in HR project management is a definite advantage
  • Exposure in the Property/ F&B/ Hospitality/ Local Conglomerate/ MNC sector is preferred but not a must
  • Strong critical thinking skill, with high sense of responsibility and able to work independently
  • Able to multi-task and take ownership
  • Strong relationship building skills; able to influence and engage leaders across different business units
  • Well versed with MS Office applications, knowledge in using HRIS is an advantage; and
  • Good communication skills with proficiency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
  • Candidates with more experience can be considered as HR Manager
